During your 12 or 24 weeks with us we'll put you on a program so you can take advantage of our facility in your own time and in your 1:1 sessions with your strength coach.

One of our coaches will oversee your program with us whatever your strength goal may be.

Absolutely not, we have complete beginners to experienced lifters.

You should know the strongest person in the gym pound for pound is a girl! So, YES!

IS THERE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT PERIOD?
Yes there is 12 week commitment on all coaching packages.
IS YOUR GYM OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC OR CLIENTS ONLY?
Yes anyone is able to attend the gym on a casual or client basis
