Nutrition advice for people who train seriously doesn't need to be complicated. You don't need to weigh every meal or track every gram to see real progress — you need a few consistent habits that support the work you're doing in the gym.

Start with protein. Aim for a source of protein at every meal — eggs, yoghurt, chicken, fish, legumes — and the rest tends to take care of itself. Most people who struggle to build strength aren't undereating on purpose; they're simply not prioritising protein.

Consistency beats precision

A meal plan you can actually stick to for six months will always outperform a "perfect" one you abandon after two weeks. We'd rather build habits that fit your life than hand you a spreadsheet.

Hydration, regular meals, and mostly whole foods will take you further than any restrictive diet. Save the calorie counting for when — and if — you actually need that level of precision.
