You can have the best training plan and the best nutrition in the world, and still stall completely if you're not sleeping enough. Sleep is where the actual adaptation happens — muscle repair, hormone regulation, nervous system recovery.
Most clients who plateau aren't training wrong. They're recovering wrong.
A few small changes
Keeping a consistent bedtime, dimming lights in the evening, and cutting caffeine after early afternoon are simple changes that meaningfully improve sleep quality within a couple of weeks. You don't need a perfect routine — just a more consistent one.
Treat sleep as part of your training plan, not something separate from it.
